This bespoke set of botanical intaglios have has been created using a collection of miniature casts made using home grown flowers. Each miniature cast has been made using a unique casting technique tocapture the imprint of the delicate botanical forms.
The intaglios have been mounted in this bespoke hand painted frame in Red Ochre, a colour from the Jessica Buckley Edward Bulmer Northern Light colour palette. These framed pieces are a modern interpretation of the tradition of collecting and presenting intaglios collected on the Grand Tour in the 18th century.
