This round cast was created using a home grown seeded eucalyptus picked from a tree planted by the artist's mother which she transported back from her own mother's garden in Ireland. The imprint of the flowers and foliage has been taken in grey clay which has left a lovely coloured tint on the surface of the plaster.
Every Imprint cast is made by hand using a unique casting technique to capture the imprint of delicate botanical forms.
